Thankful.

Today I'm just thinking about the upcoming holidays and the vast amount of food we'll be consuming over the next couple days. A feast of sorts! I'm then harshly reminded thinking about all the people that won't have any food this Thanksgiving.

We'll be spending the morning of Thanksgiving delivery coffee and doughnuts to the homeless in our neighboring city. What are you doing? Its not to late. You have time. Get involved. Just something to think about. I'm humbled and honored to be able to teach my kids about giving and sharing what we have with others. Thankful for this opportunity to meet people and love on others. Blessed beyond measure.

My mom came in this afternoon from Oregon. She's hanging with us for Thanksgiving and tomorrow is a full day of shopping, beach walking, and meeting some of our friends. :)

Pictures to follow.
