The weekend after Thanksgiving marks the beginning of Christmas decorating! I love Christmas and I love the decorating. Its my favorite time of year. Teaching my children about the true meaning of Christmas and making new memories each year are some of my favorite times.We're gearing up for another busy week. We'll be having a huge fundraiser garage sale this weekend to raise money for our trip back to Ethiopia in January. We have six weeks to raise $6,000 bucks for the trip and some of the projects we'll be working on. We know God will provide in His perfect timing! So far we have LOTS donated and more to come! We're doing several fundraising projects this month. We covet your prayers.
Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world. James 1:27

Hey long lost friend ... I am so jealous of you getting to have a huge garage sale! That word it tainted around these parts by memories of endless tagging, selling, collecting, etc. BUT there were so many amazing God stories born from each and every one of them. Will be praying God's blessing upon it and your trip!
