T4A and an adoption update!

First let me just say that this was an INCREDIBLE experience. For those of you that didn't go I HIGHLY recommend you start planning now. This conference was top notch! I can't wait for next year and my prayer is that our whole family can go. David and I plan to attend for sure and prayerfully we'll be there with our wee girl on my hip.

I am working on a re-cap of what I learned and some of the conference highlights. It should be up tomorrow. :)

In other news.....
Friday while I was away we became a WAITING FAMILY!!!
So excited to be at this point, blessed beyond measure, can't wait to see who God has hand picked for our little family.

I'll leave you with one of my favorite quotes from the conference.......

What do we mean when we say “I can’t afford to adopt”? We are saying God won’t provide for His children. Are we saying He’s a deadbeat dad? Not so. He will provide! - Robert Gilenas

Love that quote!!! I might need to snag it for Facebook as we prepare for putting on an Orphan Sunday! :) Fingers crossed we will see you in Phoenix next year....I already planted the seed to husband that we need to go!

WOOHOO! I am so excited for you!

Also, what are the odds that I would win 2 different giveaways of yours?? I am taking it as a sign - we are meant to be friends. :)

I'm so excited for you! I remember oh so clearly the excitement we felt when our paperwork was finally submitted and we were able to start planning! Praying that your time of waiting will be fruitful and that it won't be excessively long!
