A FULL FULL Day! Melkam Genna! Happy Birthday!

Today is the day we buy tickets. AMAZING. Now the task of gathering donations, packing, and preparing for this AWESOME trip! God is GOOD! We're leaving the 22nd and returning the 2nd. Not the exact timeline we originally thought but its Gods timeline and we are all SO excited to see what HE has in store! Everything is coming together beautifully!

Melkam Genna!!! Today is Christmas in Ethiopia. Today we celebrate with Silas and honor Jesus' birth again in celebrating Ethiopian Christmas!! I'm going to try making shiro wat.

Also celebrating today is my friend Rachel! Today is her birthday. She's celebrating an anniversary of her 21st birthday which of course ROCKS! Rachel has been such a blessing to me not only as a friend but as a prayer warrior, an example of Christs love, a confidant, an encourager, an exhorter, she loves my kids, she speaks truth, and I am blessed to call her friend. We're heading to Africa together and they are adopting from Ethiopia as well. God has seen fit to not only move us to Florida but to bless us with like minded people with a passion for orphans/widows and Africa. May HE receive ALL honor and glory!
